    Return Policy

    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us at zotomarketing7@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon reviewing your request, Air Trap Dubai (https://theairtrap.com) will arrange a return pick-up at the earliest possible time.

    Return Conditions:

    • A return request must be generated within 24 hours of item delivery.
    • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Returns will not be accepted for size, preference, or quality dissatisfaction.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
    • Items must be returned with original packaging, labels, tags, and seals intact.
    • Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
    • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

    Note: If a return request does not comply with the above conditions, Air Trap Dubai reserves the right to reject the return and withhold any applicable refund.

    Refund Policy

    • In case of a damaged or defective product, a replacement will be issued. Refunds will not be provided for damaged products unless replacement is unavailable.
    • Refunds are applicable only in cases of incorrect product delivery or confirmed non-delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
    • For credit card, debit card, or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same account.
    • For COD orders, refunds will be processed after confirmation from the customer. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 8-10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

    Note: Air Trap Dubai is not responsible for delays in crediting the customer’s account once the refund has been processed, as processing timelines depend on the issuing bank or payment provider.
